  Dr. McKenzie is extremely intelligent so he knows what needs to be done very quickly. I was told by another periodontist that I would lose many of my teeth due to gum disease. Guess what! I still have all of them. I have been going to him for at least 12 years. His office staff, his assistant and hygienist are always professional but comforting as well. They do anything they can to make your experience positive from Rx's to paperwork. Thank you, doc, and staff, I'm not going anywhere else for my periodontal needs.

  Friendly honest staff that has helped me to have a new appreciation for dentistry after a prior experience that caused me issues in various ways. I get all my cleanings done there as well as a few procedures to correct problems I had associated with bad advice from a dentist on Long Island in New York. Some of these procedures can make me feel nervous, but his staff keeps me calm and the work of the doctor is excellent. My specific issue was a receding gum problem that he helped graft by taking a piece of the roof of my mouth and placing it in the trouble area. This graft has taken root and with it my worst fears of my losing teeth have been eased so I am grateful of this outcome. It is hard to find people that you can trust and I suggest you give this office a try.

  Doctor McKenzie did not just offer spectacular service. The office help were very friendly, kind, and understanding. They were good with my young son while I was in such pain it was hard to focus on him. I came late to my appointment and was heart broken to hear that the doctor had to leave. He was done for the day; but instead of making me wait through the labor day holiday in tears, he came back to the office for me. I had a tooth extracted while sedated. I have always been terrified of pain at the dentist. So when I sat down to have this awful tooth pulled I cried. Those fears left with the way that they took care of me. I know I am a terrible patient in any clinic so they were dealing with a full grown child! lol. The extraction did not take very long, and the pain was minimal. It was more the fear of getting it done that made it difficult for me. The dental assistant went beyond her call and while I was laying in the chair finished with the procedure she wiped my face clean of the mascara that had run down my face. They have top bedside manners. Their rates are also very reasonable, they will not rip you off like most dental clinics. Do not think twice, Use Dr. McKenzie you will not regret it.
