- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Both Dr Rand and Dr Seibert are awesome veterinarians. My Quaker Parrot, Roxie, was diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning a few years ago. Dr Rand saved Roxie's life and I am forever grateful. Dr Rand is very knowledgable and very honest as well as caring. The staff at the Animal Clinic is also very caring.May 12, 2017by DM ER
